MBRT is a technique Lee practices that incorporates working chronic short tight muscles using:

  • Functional Integrated Stretching
  • Cross Fiber Friction (a Myofacial type of stretching)
  • Dynamic Facilitated Stretching
  • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching
