T'ai Chi, Kwang Ping Yang Style, is an ancient Chinese system of slow-moving, ballet-like exercise that offers the opportunity to learn about your body's ability to move and calm your emotions. By becoming absorbed into the activity, you learn to focus more of each part of the body, develop balance, proper breathing and slowly eliminate the external environment which can lead into insights about yourself.

When taught in clear and intelligent terms, T'ai Chi can:
